Affordable Care and a Receipt

I'm paying Cash to a home caregiver for my mother's care because she will not work for anything else and I can not afford to let her go. She stays in form Sunday 6pm to Friday 6pm cooks, cleans and does the laundry for $200.00 a week. I will be applying for SSI when my mother's money gets below the required amount. Do I need to make a simple receipt or is the weekly ATM receipt enough?
