What is the process for filing an indigent form in Florida?  What all steps are there in the process for filing an indigent form in Florida?

Dear Jose,
The indigent application is on this site as a free download. It is a one page form that asks for your income and expenses. Once you complete it, you take it to the clerk of court and they decide if you qualify for indigent status. If you do qualify, you will not have to pay filing fees or pay to have your papers served to the other side. The actual qualification is tied to the federal poverty guidelines, I think. My mom qualified just because she's on social security, even though her income isn't really that low.
