These Florida court forms have been collected from Florida's Circuit Court and Clerks of Court websites. Packets are published and sold to the general public for fees. Some of these fees charged are as much as $65 for pro se litigants.
They are all Florida Supreme Court approved forms, with additional local circuit and county forms, and we believe these are the same forms required for the actions described in all or most Florida judicial circuits.
Local circuit court rules may require additional forms; or may not require all of the forms listed. Please be sure to contact your circuit court clerk for details.
