Motion/ Notice of Hearing
by: Judi

Hi Zack,

Check with your local clerk of court to find out if there are any local rules. In some counties the clerks send out the Notice of Hearing, other counties you do it yourself. Also, it is courteous to try and coordinate a time and date for the hearing with the other party if at all possible. As a pro se litigant, in most cases, it is acceptable for you to call the other party, or the other party's attorney to coordinate schedules
