Summary Admininstration Order

My aunt passed away last August, and I've been trying to settle her estate. She did not leave much behind, she was 93 years old. She left a will naming me as her personal representative. My sister is also named as a beneficiary. I think I've done everything, but now the clerk is telling me I need to file the Order. I thought that's what the clerks do. Where do I find a sample I can go by? I've been back and forth to the clerk's office a hundred times, they all know me by now. But they still say they can't tell me this, or give me an example, saying if they tell me any more, its legal advice.
