Which financial affidavit?

I went to the clerk of court to file my divorce papers and they wouldn't accept them because I did not file a family law financial affidavit. I think I need to file the short form, but I'm not sure. What is the difference between the short form and long form? And where can I find it? Hopefully for free.

You can find some of the Florida family law forms on our site, and you can find all of the Florida family law forms on the Florida Supreme Court's site, www.flcourts.org

The long financial affidavit is for people who earn more than $50,000. per year; and the short form is for people who earn less.
