Dear Rob, Keep looking for an attorney. I know that it seems that on one will take your case, but keep looking. Your ideal attorney is someone who recently graduated law school. With 90,000 attorneys in Florida, it seems that someone would take a case like yours. If it is as cut and dried as you say, then an inexperienced attorney should do just fine. No matter what, the big box store is going to consider it a nuisance suit, and if you go pro se, they are very likely going to have it dismissed quickly.
