by: Legal Eagles

Forms for this available to pro se litigants are very limited and usually relate to child support, custody or other such items.

The Florida Rules of Civil Procedure (FRCP) contain provisions for correcting errors in all judgments and orders of a court, including divorce judgments. The most important rule to know for amending your divorce judgment is FRCP Rule 1.540.

You may want to file a Supplemental Petition to Modify Parental Responsibility, Visitation, or Parenting Plan/Time-Sharing Schedule and Other Relief. Yours would be a custom motion as we are unaware of any specific form for this, there is a Order form you present to the Judge for this though called form 12.993(a) found at the web site below, copy and paste into your browser:

/

It appears to us the best way to enforce your existing order is to file a motion for civil contempt found at the same web site:

Motion for Civil Contempt/Enforcement -
Form Form 12.960

Notice of Hearing on Motion for Contempt / Enforcement Form 12.961

When financial assets have been hidden by another spouse and or not disclosed in the financial affidavit, the court will likely reopen the decree.
