Are you preparing this motion for a family law case, a foreclosure case, a civil matter..?
You will need to type the header which is at the top of your document. (i.e. In the Circuit Court of the ___th Judicial Circuit, In for ______County, FL) You will then type the name of the Petitioner and the Respondent and you will type the case number. Use the same format on any document you have received in this case.
In your Motion to Dismiss you need to state the reason why you are asking the Court to dismiss this action. For example, Failure to State a Cause of Action. You can look at Fla.R.Civ.P. 1.140 which may help you understand a little better.
At the end of the document be sure to add a Certificate of Service which gives the other party's name, address and/or email address or if the other party is represented by an attorney will give the attorney's name, address and email address and the date you sent it to them. You need to sign the document giving your address and phone number.
