Adjudication of Mental Incapacity

Florida Statute 744.3101 governs the laws and rules surrounding petitioning the court to have someone ruled mentally incompetent. Please continue your research, reading this statute may be a good starting point. I believe that, in general, someone is considered mentally competent until a judge has ruled otherwise.
