If you request document preparation services through our site, we forward your inquiry form to one of our member document preparers. On the request for services form you specifically request that your inquiry be forwarded to a member document preparer so that the member can contact you and offer assistance. Requests for services are usually forwarded to one member document preparer. Sometimes that member document preparer is not able to help, and sends the form back to us, or lets us know that he is unable to provide the assistance requested. If that happens, we forward your request to a second member document preparer.
We purge these request forms frequently, and try to keep only the 10 most recent requests for services at any given time. Your information is not shared with any third parties other than as outlined above.
When you register for one of our online courses we keep your information for our records. Ongoing course access is allowed to anyone who submits payment for our courses. We must keep your enrollment form for our records, in case you paid for a course, and then lost access to it. That way we can verify that you purchased the course, and then provide you with the course link to access the course.
For example, if you personalize the sites pages, or register with any of our site's services, a cookie enables FALDP to recall your specific information on subsequent visits.
