Hi Stan, I'm not sure exactly what you're asking. Generally, one of the main reasons to create a trust is to keep private financial matters outside of the court system. If you need to update the trust to reflect new addresses, that should only require an amendment. Please read the Florida Bar's consumer pamphlet about living trusts:
