Hi, Florida is a no fault divorce state, and as such you don't need a reason other than - the bonds of marriage are irretrievably broken - to divorce someone. Divorcing someone with mental health problems, or with substance abuse issues is essentially the same process as any other divorce. You may be thinking of annulment, which dissolves the marriage and states that the marriage was never valid. Here is a link to a Baker County annulment form:
