Motion to rule on objection

by Brandon
(Santa Rosa County)

I am representing myself in a modification proceeding. I filed a notice of production from non-party for the respondent's work schedules. Opposing attorney objected to the production. What do I need to file in order to have the court rule on the objections?

Request a Hearing
by: FALDP Staff

Hi,
We suggest that you request a hearing. Sometimes it isn't easy for a pro se litigant to have a hearing put on the calendar. If there is a pro se coordinator, enlist their help in setting a hearing for you.
