SPOUSAL PRIVILEGE

My wife who is unrepresented, is being deposed for a lawsuit I'm currently in with my former employer. However, she will not know when to assert the Spousal Privilege. Since FL S. 90.504 states, "Either party can invoke the privilege and refuse to disclose or prevent another from disclosing" I was wondering how I can prevent her from disclosing and/or If during her deposition I have the right to object and prevent her from disclosing.
