Yvonne,

Since you fired your attorney, and the judge also allowed your attorney to withdraw you are apparently on your own. You can proceed pro se. It is unlikely that the case will start over. It will pick up where it left off. Either the court, opposing counsel, or you will need to set hearings to move your case forward.
