Please read our guidelines on the FALDP Membership page before submitting your application with payment. We'll be happy to answer all of your questions ahead of time. Also, be sure to complete and pass the Entrance Exam (found on the FALDP Membership page), prior to submitting your application. Then submit the Membership Application Form to begin the membership process. After you submit the application, you'll automatically be redirected to a Thank You page where you can submit the membership fee.
