The process is the same throughout the state. After filing the documents requesting early termination of probation in the county where you were sentenced, mail copies of those documents to your probation officer and the state attorney's office. They have 30 days to object to your early termination. If neither objects you should either receive a notice of hearing from the court or the signed order terminating your probation in the mail.
